KLMのサポートによりKenKuroがお届けする初夏のプレゼントはイビザと湘南のトップ・アーティストによる音楽の宵です。
イビザの生きる伝説とも言われるレニー・イビザールは昨年７月に愛宕グリーンヒルズのXEXで行われたイベント以来の来日。彼は今年のカンヌ映画祭のアフターパーティでもDJをしています。
迎えるのは毎年イビザでプレイをしている日本が誇る世界のDJ Sugiurumn。
加えて湘南の夕陽と共に子供から大人まで楽しめるライブイベントFreedom Sunsetを主宰するshibaとそこで活躍するアーティストが参加。中でも井上薫は世界でも高い評価を得ている日本屈指のDJ。
オープニングDJは韓国と日本のハーフでJFN系FMネット番組”Joint & Jam”のパーソナリティを務めるHeri。

更にイベントを彩るのはブラジルとコロンビアの最新水着によるファッションショー。

KenKuro’s early summer present supported by KLM will be the music and fashion night by top artists from Ibiza and Shonan.
DJ Lenny Ibizarre, a living legend in Ibiza, will return to Tokyo after one year since his memorable performance at XEX Atago Green Hills in last July.
From Japan will be DJ Sugiurumn, highly renowned throughout the world, who plays at Ibiza Pacha every summer.
We will also have artists of Freedom Sunset, a summer live event in Shonan produced by shiba. One of them is Kaoru Inoue, considered to be one of the best DJs in Japan and receives high respect from all over the world.
The opening DJ will be Heri, half-Japanese and half-Korean who hosts a JFN radio program “Joint & Jam”.

Adding glamour is a fashion show by Brazilian and Columbian bikinis.

アンビアント及びエレクトロニック音楽に対する貢献では伝説的なマスターとして世界的に知られるレニー・イビザール。
カフェ・デル・マールのレジデントDJでもある彼はイビザ音楽アカデミーのバイス・プレジデントとしてイビザ島の音楽の発展にも関わっている。
ラスベガスのシルク・ド・ソレイユのプレミアショーでのプレイを初め、世界のセレブパーティでDJをこなす彼のリミックス対象はボブ・ディラン、ドアーズ、ボブ・マーレイなど限りない。現在は映画トップガンやドナ・サマーのプロデューサーとして知られるジョルジオ・モロダーとの新作に取りかかっており、2013年にはアコースティックの大御所たちとのエレクトロニックな作品の完成が期待されている。

Lenny Ibizarre
He is renowned throughout the world as a legendary music master whose historic contribution to ambient and electronic music have earned him several platinum records. As the
vice president of the Ibiza Music Cluster as well as the Ibiza Music Academy he is presently engaged in the local music culture.
As a DJ he is renowned from his underground sessions at
undisclosed private parties on Ibiza to classic Balearic
sunset sessions for the Cirque Du Soleil show premiers in Las Vegas.
His remix discography is counted in the hundreds, including
untouchable Platinum artist like Bob Dylan, The Doors, Henry Mancini and Bob Marley just to name a few. He has also collaborated with just about every DJ on the island, and he is presently working with Giorgio Moroder on new material. By 2013 he will complete a high-end electronic studio complex, built by some of the greatest names in acoustics.

Sugiurumn
世界最先端のハウスシーンと常にリンクする、唯一無二の日本人DJ/プロデューサー。 2000年に初めてbizaを訪れ大きなインスピレーションを受け帰国。 2006年に世界最高峰のクラブ、Pacha IbizaのミックスCDのDJに選ばれPachaのメインフロアで4,000人のクラウドをロック。Pachaから絶大な信頼を受け、それから3年連続で毎年Pacha IbizaのMix CDを手掛けている。 2007年、AVEXに移籍し『What time is summer of love?』をリリース。アルバムからのシングル『Travelling』は世界中のレーベルからライセンスのオファーが殺到し、2008年Pacha Recordingsからワールド・リリースされた。また、アルバム表題曲はPachaのコンピレーションの1曲目に収録。Pacha Ibizaを代表するヒット曲になった。2010年2月にMIDIより『Midi In Midi Out』を、また自身初となるベスト盤『Do You Remember That Night?』をリリース。
2012年夏もイビザに渡りプレイする予定。

Sugiurumn
He is regarded the one and only Japanese DJ/producer that is always in link with the world’s cutting edge house scene. On his first visit to Ibiza he received so much inspiration. In 2006, Sugiurumn was selected as a DJ of Pacha Ibiza’s mix CD and rocked 4,000 people on Pacha’s main floor. He participated Pacha Ibiza’s mix CD for 3 consecutive years after that.
In 2007, Sugiurumn signed with Avex and released “What Time is Summer of Love?” One of its recorded single “Travelling” was released worldwide from Pacha Recordings. Meanwhile the title track was remixed by Richard Gray and included in the first track of Pacha compilation. It became one of Pacha Ibiza’s biggest hit.
He is planning to play in Ibiza in the summer of 2012.

FreedomSunset(SunsetLounge)5月のレギュラーDJ。
DJ活動と平行して’94年より”chari chari”名義で音楽制作を本格的にスタート。”chari chari”としての2枚のアルバム『spring to summer』『in time』は日本のみならず世界でも高い評価を得る。『in time』からカットされた「Aurora」は世界中の様々なミックスCDやコンピレーションに収録される。
現在DJの他、小島”DSK”大介とのギター・デュオ”AURORA”、DJ岩城健太郎と共催のレギュラー・パーティ”FLOATRIBE”から生まれ たセッション・バンド”Floatribe Live Session”、4ピース・ロック・バンド”SILVERSTONE”などライブ～バンド活動も活発化しており、DJからプレイヤーへと一歩踏み出した 希有な音楽的変遷をたどっている。レギュラーパーティ”groundrhythm”@AIR、DJも全国各地で展開中。

Kaoru Inoue
One of the most respected DJ/producer in Japan and a regular DJ for Freedom Sunset in May.
Besides being a DJ, he started creating his own music under the name “chari chari” from 1994. The first two albums, “spring to summer” and “in time” became the world-wide success and “Aurora” from “in time” was included in various CDs and compilation albums in the world.
He also plays in a live band such as “Aurora” with Daisuke Kojima and “SILVERSTONE”, a four-piece rock band.
He holds a regular party “groundrhythm” at AIR.

Freedom Sunset
ジャズ〜テクノをクロスオーバーするサウンドをDJ/トランぺッターとしてプレイし国内外で高い評価を得ているshibaが主催する湘南伝説のパーティ。
180°湘南の海を臨む最高のロケーションで夕日と音楽を一度に楽しめる江の島展望灯台のサンセット・パーティー。5，8，9月に開催され、大人から子供まで一緒に楽しめる湘南クラブミュージックシーンの中心的なイベント。レジデントDJとして DJ CALM, Kaoru Inoueの他、松浦俊夫、DJ YUMMY等のゲストDJが参加。Bird、Port of Notes等のオーガニックなライブまで幅広いジャンルで夕陽を演出。
５月と９月のみオープニン グで青空ヨガ「Yoga Under The Sky」を開催。主催者と参加者が協力して持続可能なパーティーシーン作り上げている。

12年5月のSunsetLoungeでは雨の中、DJで観客をロックしたVENUS・KAWAMURA YUKIが花魁＠渋谷から参加。i-depのサックス奏者・フロントマンとして活動後、Calm K.F.Bandへの参加、また自身のユニットPolar Chalors等で精力的に活動するSINSUKE FUJIEDA。NYの伝説のパーティ「Body&SOUL」の日本公演にライブ・アクトとして出演。Cafe Del Marへの楽曲提供等、また、
昨年のIBIZA Chilloutでも美しくセクシーなファルセット・ヴォイスで観客を魅了したJoiがDJとして参加。普段は聴けない彼らのDJとしての側面も注目の１つだ。

Freedom Sunset
A live event in Shonan organized by shiba, a renowned trumpeter/DJ covering from Jazz to Techno music.
Freedom Sunset is a sunset party at Enoshima Lighthouse which has an unobstructed view of Shonan beach. It is held in May, August and September in a friendly atmosphere and involves not only the music but also yoga sessions under under the blue sky.
